Shipping & Returns
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. All orders are shipped domestically through Australia Post.
Please contact Robyn – Alcohol Ink Artist via the contact form of our website (https://www.robynalcoholink.com/contact) within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a complete refund of the product (excluding delivery shipping costs).
In order to receive a refund, you must:
the product must be in its original condition. Item(s) that are damaged in any way will not be accepted.
return shipping costs must be covered by You (the purchaser) and will not be covered by the artist.
the full refund will only be of the original artwork price and not include the delivery shipping costs.
Once the product has been received by the artist and all conditions (as outlined above) have been met, your refund will be issued automatically.
